The surfaces with a few minor surface scratches and minute edges abrasions consistent with age and gentle use. A few minor scattered surface discolorations, consistent with age and gentle handling that is not visually distracting. The wooden support is likely later and presents with a few surface scratches, a few minor edges losses and dirt to the recessed areas. The mallet is later and presents with a few surfaces scratches and minor dirt consistent with age and gentle use. A wonderful and rare piece by the artist, displaying an intricate decorative scheme and a superb craftsmanship. ---
