Condition
This work is in very good condition. Some rare craquelures across the black and red areas of the painting, these are inherent and in line with the artists creative process.
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, with the overall tonality being softer in the original work. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the thick impasto.
