Overall the condition of the marble is good with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are specs of dirt to the back of the hair throughout, and dirt residues in the crevices; the marble would benefit from professional cleaning. There is veining to the marble consistent with the material, including to the chest and drapery by the foot. There are a few small naturally occurring inclusions, including to the forehead and proper right arm. There is a loss to the front left corner and some further abrasions to the edges and corners of the terrasse. There is general wear to the Verona marble base, including chips to the edges and corners.
