Overall the condition of the marble is very good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is veining to the marble consistent with the material, including a line of veins in the girl's proper right arm. There are few dirt marks, including to the girl's hair at the front. There are a few scratches including to the girl's proper left arm. There are a few naturally occurring inclusions including to the proper left arm and the seat at the back. There are some small chips and abrasions to the edges and corners of the terrasse. There are also some dirt marks to the sides of the terrasse.
