Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is good, with some wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There is rubbing to the patina at the high points. There is some dark spotting to the bronze in a few areas and some possible moisture stains, in particular to the nymph's back, her proper right shoulder, the chest, the abdomen, and less noticeably her face. There are a few nicks and scratches, notably to the knees. There is some white residue around the bottom of the base, especially at the back.
