Condition
Overall the condition of the bronze is very good with some minor wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. With some minor nicks and scratches including around the proper right hind knee. The figure was cast in sections, and joints are slightly visible where the hooves join the base.
The condition of the modern marble base is excellent and there is some wear and scratching to the top of the plinth.
