Condition
Original canvas. Minor spot of craquelure in the sky near upper left corner and two or three other isolated and minor hairline cracks in the sky, not visually distracting. Couple of spots of surface dirt near centre of right edge. The work appears in good overall condition.
Under ultraviolet light there appear to be no signs of retouching.
Held in a gilt plaster frame.
