Wax-relined.
Craquelure, most notably in the blue. Minute specks of paint/accretions near the middle left-figures. Minor paint loss above the seated lady with crossed arms and carrying a basket to the right.
No restoration visible under uv-light, potentially due to re-varnishing.
Otherwise good condition.
