the surface of translucent powder blue enamel over engine-turned bands, chased leaf collar, the pencil mount later applied with a circular-cut diamond, apparently unmarked

Condition

Excellent condition. A very few tiny enamel losses around the edges. The pencil holder with light wear consistent with handling and a later diamond mount.
