shaped circular form, enameled with a brightly colored flying dove centered on a bright blue ground filled with multicolored, floral scrolling ornament, surrounded by a band of white beads, the remainder with bright blue ground and brightly colored floral ornament with applied cable borders, raised on three ball feet, 84 standard

Condition

slight gap on inner cable border, one white bead in center restored, minimal scratching, white beads around outer rim apparently restored
