with baluster stems and spreading feet enameled with brightly-colored scrolling ornament, struck with unrecorded Cyrillic maker's mark A. i F. O, 88 standard
Condition
some small losses and areas of repair to enamel, primarily on scrolling champlevé ornament and bands on feet
