Condition
There are restored breaks to both figures: two running through the body and one running through the neck of the beardless figure; and further restored breaks to the bearded figure, in particular at the back of the head and neck. There may be further restored breaks. There are further areas of restoration including to the sides of both figures. In some areas the restorations are flaking. Some of the restorations have discoloured, including at the bearded figure's head and around the knees at the proper left side of the beardless figure. The beardless figure's proper left foot is restored, and there are losses to the restored moulding beneath. There are further small losses, chips, and abrasions to the figures. There are two metal mounts each to the backs of the figures and the surrounding stone is restored.
