embossed with fruit and vegetables on matting, ball and leaf supports, chequerboard decorated base plate, lock and key, marked on body, cover and foot,

Condition

small tear in metal where lock pin fitted, cover doesn't shut properly into lock, one foot is detached but is with the item, needs a nut to fit, some losses to leaves above ball feet, pinholes of daylight visible in a number of places where high embossing has ruptured skin, a few little dents, but overall a good bit of chasing, high relief and well done.
