Drypoint, 1917, signed in pencil, from the edition of 60 proofs after steel-facing (there was also an edition of 40 proofs before steel-facing printed on Japan), on laid paper, plate 17 of Gesichter, printed by Franz Hanfstaengl, Munich, with the blindstamp of the publisher, MarĂ©es Gesellschaft, Munich, framed

Condition

The print is in good condition, with full margins. There is a window of pale light-stain, darkest at the mat opening. The verso, with two hinge remnants at the left sheet edge and time-stain at the extreme left and right sheet edges.
