Three screenprints in colors, 1990, each signed in pencil, the first and second numbered 123/150, the third numbered 108/125 (total edition includes 30 artist's proofs), each from the Alex and Ada, the 1960s to the 1980s portfolio, each on Arches Roll Stock Rag paper, with the ink-stamp of the printer Styria Studios, Inc., New York on the verso, published by Gaultney-Klineman Art, New York (3 prints)
Condition
The White Hat: The full sheet, in good condition except creasing in the bottom corners and associated ink loss in the bottom left corner. (A scuff mark to the left of Ada's cheek, only visible in raking light.) The verso, with minor surface soiling.
The Green Jacket: The full sheet, in good condition apart from subtle creases in the bottom corners. On the verso, skinning in the top right and left corners, presumably from a previous hinging. (On the recto, a soft handling crease to the right of the subject's hand, only visible in raking light.)
Grey Ribbon: The full sheet, in good condition apart from two creases, only visible in raking light on the verso, running from the bottom sheet edge at right three-quarters of the way to the top sheet edge. In the top corners, creasing and associated hairline ink cracks . Other minor imperfections include a handling crease the far right figure's left shoulder and several vertical scuff marks near the right sheet edge.
