With wide margins, the images in good condition, some scattered foxing mainly in the margins, occasional pale brown stains in the margins, minor creasing at corners on a few sheets, plate 1 with traces of stray brown ink, plates 3-4 with supported small paper losses at tips of upper right corners, plates 3, 6, 8, 17, 72 with supported small paper losses or short tears at extreme right sheet edge, plate 8 with a short horizontal tear at centre of right edge, plate 14 with a short diagonal repaired tear at left of lower edge, plate 72 with a soft diagonal fold across lower right, plates 1-3 with a horizontal crease at centre. The binding rubbed at extremeities and with minor wear. Boscana's collector's marks at the blank front paper (immediately opposite plate 1) and the upper corners of plate 1.
