4to (221 x 154mm.), 100 leaves, a-m8 n4, double column, 40 lines, gothic type, 2- to 6-line initial spaces with printed guides, modern calf over wooden boards in period style, early annotations on last two leaves (defective and repaired), first two leaves heavily restored with loss of text, first quire and table at end with some leaves laid down on japanese paper (now slightly browned), some leaves damp-stainined with a few small patches of repairs to text
