Emerald and diamond brooch

The step-cut emerald weighing 3.57 carats, set within a mount of open work design, highlighted with circular- and single-cut diamonds. 

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 73753, stating that the 3.57 carat emerald, measuring approximately 11.80 x 8.15 x 5.05 mm, is of Colombian origin, with a minor amount of oil in fissures. Additionally accompanied by CISGEM report no. 66578, stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with minor clarity enhancement F1. Mounted in silver and gold. Emerald of medium strong saturation, for further information please refer to the reports; good transparency, some small crystal inclusions, few scratches and nicks. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 6 grams.
