The multi-strand necklace suspending a tassel, composed of coral beads measuring approximately 3.9 to 3.5 mm, centering a carved coral rose measuring approximately 1½ by 1¼ inches, accented by round diamonds weighing approximately 9.10 carats, length 18½ inches, signed della Valle and MdV.
Condition
In good condition. The diamonds are approximately H-I color, predominantly VS clarity with a few SI examples. The coral beads range in color from medium-light pink to medium orange-pink. Color mottling present in many of the beads. The carved flower is medium-light orange-pink. One of the top left petals is chipped with a surface-reaching crack, the carving remains stable. An epoxy-like residue lines the base of the petal, but this is not readily apparent when worn.
