The rectangular gold case with a black enamel chevron motif, the shorter sides each collet-set with a cabochon sapphire thumbpiece commanding the opening mechanism, the satinated gold sliding shutters opening to reveal a cream coloured dial with painted black Roman numerals and blued steel hands, measuring approximately 47 x 29 x 7mm, dial signed Cartier, movement numbered, French assay mark.

Condition
The printed images of the purse watch are of it with shutters opened and closed, not front and reverse.
Accompanied by a Cartier certificate of authenticity no. GE2001-144.
Dial signed Cartier, winding crown numbered 05321(or 9 instead of 21)8. Movement numbered 60022; mounting numbered 60022 21431. French assay mark for gold. Opening mechanism for shutters in good working condition. Cabochon sapphires well matched in colour, in good condition. Black enamel on chevron motifs in good condition, black enamel on two shorter sides (by cabochon sapphire push buttons) with some loss/chips. Dial in excellent condition. Few signs of wear to the metal, in very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 60 grams.
