The scroll shaped plaque embellished with step-cut emeralds and circular-cut diamonds, connecting a wide articulated band composed of gold brick linking, length approximately 160mm, signed Mellerio dits Meller, numbered, French assay marks.

Condition

This bracelet was created in December 1938, not dated 1940s as per the printed catalogue. Signed MELLERIO DIT MELLER, numbered 1444 J. Stamped with French assay marks for platinum and 18 carat gold. Emeralds very well matched in colour, with typical inclusions, some nicks and abrasions, one stone with larger chip. Diamonds bright and lively. Clasp secure. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 70 grams.
