Composed of a multi-strand seed pearl torsade, the front decorated with a cabochon emerald, over a gold mount set with brilliant- and calibré-cut diamonds, length approximately 430mm, signed Bulgari.
Condition
Signed Bulgari on reverse of emerald mounting, numbered C 1008, clasp with maker's mark. Front part stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, mounted in white and yellow gold, clasp stamped with French assay marks and 750 for 18 carat gold. Engraved 34.25 cts, referring to the weight of the emerald. Translucent emerald of medium saturation with typical crystal inclusions, some surface reaching, few nicks and scratches. Pearls of cream body colour, minor blemishes, good lustre. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.00 - 5.00 carats, on average G-H colour and VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Clasp secure. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 186 grams.
