Condition

The panel is in fair condition. A few blue plastic strips are bent and undulate. The ends of some strips, which should be below the white frame, can be seen. Adhesive can be seen on the ends of the strips where an attempt was made to stabilize them. The painted cardboard is in good condition with minor dust accumulation. The white wooden panel that encases the cardboard panel is dirty with black scuff marks and fingerprints evident on the surface.
