Condition

This work is ready to hang. The canvas is unlined and well-stretched. The paint layer is stable overall. There are small, pinhole-sized punctures in the canvas (approximately 17 in total) along the upper left edge of the canvas. A stretcher bar mark is also visible along the left edge of the canvas. Nine white, circular accretions are concentrated within the red table. Under ultraviolet inspection, a vertical, six-inch accretion is present in the lower right quadrant. A three-inch horizontal line of fluorescing becomes apparent in the upper left quadrant, four-inches below the top edge.
