  • bronze
the cylindrical body tapering to a domed top surmounted by a handle cast in the form of a crouching dragon with a sinuous body, the exterior bordered with a band enclosing an undulating foliate scroll, a further band enclosing four dragons writhing sinuously encircling the foot, the bronze patinated to a dark brown tone with darker speckles

Condition

There are two shallow chips to the feet (0.5cm and 1.5cm). General surface wear and bruising, especially to the dragon finial.
