Oil on panel. Surface in generally good condition, minor craquelure throughout. Some pigment separation in the more thickly painted blacks and yellows, visible in the catalogue illustration . Under UV light: very minor inpainting t the extreme edges in the upper corners and along the upper left and right edge; otherwise, no apparent inpainting visible.
