Condition

The first: Oil on masonite. Surface in generally good condition. Dirty vanrnish, not present in extreme lower right corner. Under UV light: no apparent inpainting visible. The second: Oil on wood. Surface in generally cood condition, colors are lively and fresh, thick impasto. Horizontal pigment separation along panel lines. Dirty varnish. Under UV light; no apparent inpainting visible, areas of active pigment.
