Condition
This work is in very good condition. The sculpture is structurally sound. It is clean and lightly waxed. There is a minor .5-inch repair to the figure's right ankle but no scratches or abrasions to the surface are apparent. Tiny white investment deposits have been observed on both legs. These deposits are part of the core material used in casting which can migrate to the surface where there is porosity in the metal. This is an inherent condition to the cast but can be safely removed with a toothpick.
