Condition
Work is in excellent condition. The canvas has not been lined. The pigments are bright and fresh. The surface is richly textured and areas of impasto are well-preserved. Under UV: some original pigments fluoresce. There is a thin varnish which is slightly cracked around the center of the composition. There is a half-inch light surface scratch which has been in-painted towards the lower left corner.
