Condition

The canvas is not lined. UV examination reveals some scattered lines and spots of retouching throughout the composition. There are some fine lines of craquelure in places. There is some wear to the frame edges and a faint stretcher bar mark from a previous horizontal stretcher. The work is in stable condition.
