Condition

The canvas is not lined. There is a thin layer of varnish with some spots of discolouration. UV examination reveals a 2mm spot of retouching to the right of the second leftmost figure on state, a fine line to the right of her proper left arm, a 5mm spot of retouching to the cheek of the leftmost dancer. There is some light frame rubbing to the edges. The corners of the canvas on the right have been stretched resulting in small tears, not visible when framed and away from the image. Otherwise, this work is in overall good condition.
