Condition
The canvas is not lined. UV examination reveals some small spots and lines of retouching dotted throughout the composition, most prominently to the lower part of the left edge. A close inspection reveals a minor undulation to the centre of the upper edge which could easily be remedied. There is a small repair to the upper left corner and one to the lower right corner, both of which are patched on the verso and both have associated retouching on the recto. Otherwise this work is in good overall condition.
