Condition

This work is in good overall condition. Executed on papercard, the sheet is not laid down and is hinged to the mat at the upper left and right corners. The artist's pinholes are visible in the upper-left, upper-right, lower-right, and just to the right of the lower-left corners. The sheet has yellowed somewhat overall and there is light surface dirt. There are scattered small spots, predominantly in the upper half of the sky, which appear to relate to spots of foxing which have been removed and retouched. Presented in a coved and fluted gilt frame, with the mat covering the extreme edges of the sheet, under glass.
