• gilt full plate verge movement bearing the signature Breguet, pierced and engraved balance bridge • white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer minute track • agate vase of inverted pear shape, gold cagework mounts chased with scrolls, flowers, putti and squirrels, the handles as two birds, hinged cover, inset watch with paste-set glazed cover

Condition

Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of its time keeping and therefore a service should be carried out in the near future at the buyer's expense. The movement will run however it requires a key to be wound, it may require a service. Dial in good condition, minute hand replaced. The vase with some small areas of solder to the lid, some loose gold cagework. Overall a very charming object.
