• pinned wheel and steel comb musical mechanism, activated via the fitted key to the base • elaborately decorated piano-form gilt metal case, turquoise enamel panels with engraved gilt scroll decoration, embellished with applied gilt mounts set with gem-stones and pearls, engraved gilt cover to the black and white enamelled keyboard, hinged cover piano top with chased and engraved interior with scroll decoration, on tapered gilt feet set with pearls • fitted key signed
Condition
The musical mechanism is functioning at the time of cataloguing however it may require servicing soon. The case with some discolouring to the enamel panels, there is a small chip on the back right hand corner.
