The ring centering a round faceted ruby, within an openwork scrolled mounting set with numerous round and cabochon rubies, size 5½, fitted with inner sizing band, signed Repossi; together with a pair of matching earclips centered by two oval-shaped faceted rubies, within swirled frames set with numerous round rubies, with French assay and maker's marks.
Condition
In good condition. RING: The large ruby is almost opaque, and is a rich deep slightly purplish red and heavily included. The smaller rubies are a bright slightly purplish red, transparent and moderately included. The shank with some nicking present, commensurate with wear. EARCLIPS: The large rubies are almost opaque, and are a rich deep slightly purplish red and heavily included. The smaller rubies are a bright slightly purplish red, transparent and moderately included.
