Set with a round alexandrite weighing 9.37 carats, framed by round diamonds weighing approximately 1.45 carats, size 4½.
Condition
In good condition with some light discoloration to the gold mounting, not visible when worn. The alexandrite changes from a medium-deep brownish bluish green to strong brownish reddish purple, very lightly included with a few minor nicks and abrasions at the facet junctions. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, predominantly VS clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 56553 stating that the alexandrite is of Classic Ceylon origin, with no indications of clarity enhancement, varying from a Brownish Bluish Green to a Brownish Reddish Purple. Degree of Color Change: Prominent to Strong.
