Condition

Overall in very good condition. The vase with a few small and minor air bubbles that are inherent in the making. The outermost contours of the shoulder with a few small and light surface scratches, which are all consistent with age and gentle handling. The gilt decoration to the body with a few minor irregularities and a few minute burst air bubbles. One peacock decoration with approximately four minute burst air bubbles in the gilt decoration. Please contact the department for photographs showing this area. The exterior of the vase with wonderful iridization to the decoration imparting brilliant hues of blues, purples and greens over the surfaces. The interior of the collar with nice gold iridization.
