Condition
Overall in very good condition. With a few very light and fine surface scratches to the exterior and underbase of the vase adjacent to the polished pontil. The underside with small traces of adhesive residue. The bottom interior of the vase with traces of light surface soiling or residue. A strong example of this rare and artistic decorative technique utilizing vitrified glass shards in the window fields. This complex layered decoration imparts the vase with a strong sense of visual depth and interest. The linear decoration surrounding the window fields, as well as the vase interior, are beautifully iridized, imparting the vase with strong luminosity and brilliant hues, adding to its visual presence.
