of cylindrical form set on three short cabriole legs, decorated on the sides with concave bands, the cover with four radiating petal motifs enclosing the central hole, set with a dropper, the stand with an everted rim and short foot pierced with three holes to fit the legs of the vessel, the bronze with malachite encrustation (3)

The x-ray suggests that this piece is in overall good condition. There is a chip on the rim of the stand. There is gilt loss.
