the globular body rising from a tall spreading foot to a trumpet neck with galleried rim, painted with two deer in a landscape with pine, rocks and lingzhi, the neck similarly decorated with a pair of cranes in a landscape, all divided by ruyi, chevron and floral bands, the foot decorated with overhanging floral branches above a band of stylised cloud swirls, the rim encircled by a chevron band, inscribed with an apocryphal Chenghua mark to the base

Condition

There is a 25cm long area of repair to the rim of the vase, that runs in an 8cm wide arc down the neck. There is also an 8cm area besides this on the that had had some re-painting/restoration. There is also a 1cm crack to the other side of the rim. There is also some scratches, iron spots and burst bubbles to various areas.
