Description

  • gilt bronze and wood stands
each cast standing on a rectangular plinth, the hands held  in front of the chest holding a hu tablet, dressed in long robes ornately engraved with dragons and foliate bands, the bearded face with an austere expression, surmounted by a tall official cap, later wood stands

Condition

The figures are in good condition with the exception of some minor nibbles around the head-dress of one and over-cleaning and loss to the majority of the gilded decoration on both.
