Description
- gilt bronze
seated on a galloping donkey, the right hand holding a sceptre, wearing beaded jewels around the chest, the ferocious face with exaggerated features and pierced with a third eye between the eyebrows, the flaming hair surmounted by a five-skull crown, all supported on a base of turbulent waves surrounded by rocky mountains

Christie's Amsterdam, 19th November 1997, lot 78.
Condition
The figure is in good condition with the exception of rubbing, loss and deterioration to the gilding, loss of an attribute to the left hand, loss to most of the inlay on the jewellery, and dents to edge of base. The base is closed but appears to have been previously opened.
