naturalistically carved as a hollowed magnolia bloom with curled petals, borne on gnarled leafy stems with a smaller attendant bloom beside, the stone of a greyish-celadon tone flecked with milky-white and black inclusions

Condition

The vase is in good condition with the exception of a minute nick to the tip of the end of one leaf at the rim and possible polish to a circa 8mm., section of a leaf climbing up the body to the rear of the vase (as illustrated). It should be noted that the stone is of a slightly darker greyish-green tone than the cataologue illustration would suggest.
