decorated in white slip with a winged cherub chasing butterflies beneath a border of holly leaves around the waisted neck, faintly impressed George Jones and Sons crescent mark, 5635A shape number in gilding.
Condition
There is a fine starcrack to the base that extends in one direction up the front of the body about for about 1 inch beneath the cherub's drapery and running in another direction almost halfway up the side of the body beneath one handle.
