16mo (113 x 76mm.), printed in red and black throughout, woodcut printer's device on title-page, woodcut initials and illustrations, contemporary English calf with blind-stamped centrepiece, later morocco lettering-piece, occasional light staining, m4-5 damaged with loss of text, last leaf damaged with slight loss, spine cracked, head of spine chipped, lacking both clasps
