Condition
This work is in excellent condition overall. The canvas is unlined. All of the elements are well intact. The top edge of the burlap element is frayed, due to the artistÂ’s choice of medium and working method. There is some very minor lifting in the paper elements in the lower center quadrant of the painting due to the artistÂ’s working method. Framed.

Catalogue Note
"Painting enables me to produce the greatest possible emotions with the fewest possible means; since I'm a romantic painter, there's a lot of drama going on. My pictures are like me: often empty, full of emotions and with a penchant for suicide." DAVID OSTROWSKI
