Condition
This work is in good condition overall. All of the elements are well intact. The wood backing is held to a backing board intermittently along the edges. There is some minor splintering along the extreme edges of the wood backing. There are a few areas of fine splitting to the wood elements, particularly in the upper center of the backing and the black pigmented element on the left of the composition, due to the artistÂ’s choice of medium. There are minor scattered pigment losses throughout. The paint application varies due to the artistÂ’s working method and choice of found materials. The wood support bows very slightly. There is evidence of minor glue residue in the center of the triangular element. Framed under Plexiglas.
