This work is in good and original condition. The canvas is unlined. The turning edges of the canvas are covered with adhesive tape. There are several collaged elements applied on the surface including adhesive tape and fabric. Some of the adhesive tape is lifting in places and has darkened with age. There is craquelure and pigment separation evident throughout. Some of these areas are unstable and some areas have small pigment losses. There is scattered light surface soiling throughout and some dust accumulation, particularly in the crevices of the impasto. There is light wear to the upper and lower right corners of the canvas. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of inpainting. Framed.
