Condition
This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of light wear and handling along the edges of the canvas. There are some scattered accretions that are observable under close inspection. In the center of the right hand edge of the painting there is a small abrasion which has led to a minimal loss of paint. There is a one inch patch at the tip of the gun and along the curve of the hand on the right side of the painting that follows its contour which fluoresce darkly under Ultraviolet light inspection, and appear to be the result of restoration. Both of these are imperceptible even under raking light but become visible under Ultraviolet light. Framed.
